Customer bookings will begin after public launch while GoColorado completes final platform, payment, and booking-system testing.
Can guide businesses join during pre-launch?
Colorado guide businesses interested in joining GoColorado are encouraged to contact us during the pre-launch period at sales@gocolorado.co for information about early participation.
How are customer payments handled?
Customer payments will be processed securely through Stripe. Approved guide businesses will receive payouts through Stripe Connect after applicable GoColorado marketplace fees.
Will customers pay an additional GoColorado booking fee?
GoColorado does not currently plan to add a separate marketplace booking fee to the customer’s purchase price. GoColorado will earn a marketplace commission from completed bookings, which will be deducted from the guide business payout.
How will refunds and payment disputes be handled?
GoColorado will serve as the first point of contact for refund requests and payment disputes. Requests will be reviewed under the published refund and cancellation policy, and approved refunds will be processed through Stripe.
